How do I get to Millie Mae's Pantry?
Firstly you need to get yourself onto Kangaroo Island. The good news is there are two Ferry companies that disembark at Penneshaw, walking distance to Millie Mae's! Or there are planes travelling to KI daily which get you to our new airport near Kingscote.
What does Millie Mae's Pantry sell?
Millie Mae's Pantry prides them selves on selling as much locally made and grown produce as we can get our hands on! Local honey, olive oils, jams, chutney, sauces. Giftware and our very exciting hand made "keepcups".
Is Millie Mae's Pantry easy for anyone mobility challenged?
Yes! We have easy access with a fully compliant ramp onto our deck area, with wide paths through the garden.
What is Millie Mae's doing in relation to the Covid 19 pandemic?
We have modified our busy Cafe to keep with the Social Distancing rules and regulations. We can be assured we are all safe with the limited dining numbers inside and out and plenty of space in the open air for waiting for takeaway meals. Millie Mae's Pantry have also QR at both entry points and all of our tables have codes ready to scan with pen and manual checkin available for those without their phone handy.
Can I make a booking at Millie Mae's Pantry?
Kangaroo Island's weather is quite variable and we are a garden cafe with outdoor seating, therefore we do not take bookings. You are always welcome to walk in, we have many sheltered table arrangements whether it shade or heat being desired. We are open 7 days.
Is it ok for our dog to come to Millie Mae's with us?
Absolutely! Your dog needs to be on a lead and can sit anywhere in the garden with you, your furry friend cannot sit on the decking area.
